The Connect Cycles Child Bike converts from an ordinary child's bike into a safe, towable trailer bike, whenever desired in just seconds. To ride attached, simply unclip the tow bar from the stored position on the adult bike, extend it, and connect it to the receiver, which is mounted on the front of the child's bike. When the child's bike is connected, the front wheel is lifted off the ground and the Automatic Steering Lock Receiver prevents the handlebars from turning, leaving the adult in control of steering. If the Flip Up Training Wheels are used by the child, they are raised up by a hand tighten knob, in a matter of seconds. Children can choose to coast or pedal while they are being towed, making the ride much easier for them

For independent riding, the Connect Cycles Child Bike Tow Bar telescopes together and folds down safely and compactly to the side of the adult bike and held securely in place by a storage bracket. The tow bar stores discretely out of the way on the adult bike and is always there if needed. If the Flip Up Training Wheels are used by the child, they are lowered down by a hand tighten knob, in a matter of seconds. This option gives children a chance to ride on their own, and further their bicycling skills.

Attachment and detachment can be done at any time and only takes seconds. No tools are necessary and no parts need to be removed from either bike. The tow bar weights just 5 pounds and the high-strength steel construction make it virtually indestructible. The Connect Cycles Child Bike gives adults and children the option of riding together or separately for a fun, safe, and enjoyable bike ride. Whichever option you choose riding together or separately, the Connect Cycles Child Bike makes it possible for you to enjoy the benefits of bicycling with your child.

To use the Connect Cycles Tow Bike

• Adult bike rear tire minimum diameter 25” (63.5cm)
• Adult bike seat post diameter 1” (25.4mm) – 1.25” (31.8mm)
• Adult rider must weigh at least twice that of the child rider.
• Child rider weight up to 75 pounds (32kg)

• Additional Seat Post Kit--------Part Number# 3001
The Additional Seat Post Kit allows the Connect Cycles Child Bike to be towed with more than one adult bike. This kit allows for easy transfer from one adult bike to another adult bike, giving adult riders the option of taking turns towing the Connect Cycles Child Bike. The kit includes all hardware that is mounted on the adult bike: Seat Post Clamp Assembly, Shims, Universal Block, Quick Release and Storage Bracket. This kit is optional and is only needed when transferring the tow bar from one adult bike to another adult bike.
